Warranty Policy

At Refurbished Laptop Wala, we take pride in the quality of our Certified Refurbished Laptops and Chip-level Repairing Services. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms of coverage for all products and services handled at our Laxmi Nagar Head Office, ensuring complete peace of mind for our customers across Delhi NCR.

1. Standard Laptop Warranty

All our Business Class Laptops (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.) come with a standard warranty that covers internal hardware manufacturing defects. We ensure that every device undergoes a rigorous 40-point Quality Check (QC) before leaving our Laxmi Nagar Hub.

  • Hardware Coverage: The warranty covers the Motherboard, Processor, RAM, and Internal Storage (SSD/HDD) against any technical failure.
  • Battery & Adapter: We provide a specific 3-month limited warranty on the battery backup and power adapter provided with the refurbished unit.
  • Display (Screen): The screen is covered for internal circuit failures or line issues, provided there is no sign of external physical pressure or impact.

2. Service & Repair Warranty

For customers who bring their devices for Motherboard Repairing or GPU Reworking, we provide a dedicated service warranty on the specific parts repaired or replaced by our senior engineers.

  • Chip-level Repairs: We provide a 90-day warranty on IC Replacements and power circuit repairs performed at our facility.
  • Spare Part Warranty: New spare parts such as Laptop Keyboards, Screens, or Cooling Fans carry their respective manufacturer's warranty or our 6-month replacement guarantee.
  • Post-Repair Support: If the same technical issue recurs within the warranty period, we will perform the re-repair at Zero Cost to the customer.

3. Warranty Exclusion & Void Conditions

To maintain the integrity of our Refurbished Standards, certain conditions will immediately void the warranty. It is crucial for customers to follow these guidelines to stay covered.

  • Security Seal: Every device sold or repaired has a Unique Security Warranty Seal. If this seal is found broken, tampered with, or removed, the warranty is instantly voided.
  • Physical & Liquid Damage: Any signs of Liquid Spillage, Physical Cracks, or Burn Marks caused by external power surges or faulty home wiring are not covered.
  • Third-party Tampering: If the device is opened or serviced by any unauthorized technician or local shop after our service, our warranty will no longer be applicable.
  • Software Issues: Warranty does not cover Operating System crashes, virus infections, or third-party software compatibility issues.

4. Data Responsibility Disclaimer

While we handle every device with care, Refurbished Laptop Wala is not responsible for any Data Loss during the warranty claim process. Hardware testing often requires OS Re-installation or Storage Formatting. Customers are strictly advised to keep a regular backup of their files before submitting the device to our Laxmi Nagar Head Office for warranty service.

5. Claim Process & Logistics

Claiming a warranty is simple but requires the original invoice. You can either visit our Laxmi Nagar Hub or use our Courier-in Service for remote claims.

  • For Delhi NCR customers, we recommend a physical visit for an instant diagnostic check and faster resolution.
  • For customers outside Delhi, the Shipping Charges for sending the device for warranty claims must be borne by the customer, while we will cover the return shipping cost after successful repair.
  • The typical Turnaround Time (TAT) for warranty claims is 3 to 7 working days, depending on the availability of specific OEM Spare Parts.

6. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update our Warranty Policy to match industry standards and Indian Consumer Protection Laws. Your continued trust in our services signifies your acceptance of these terms.
