All our shipments are processed directly from our Laxmi Nagar Head Office in Delhi to ensure maximum quality control and safe packaging.

1. Shipping Coverage & Locations

We provide comprehensive shipping services across Delhi NCR and all major cities in India. Our logistics network is designed to handle sensitive electronic equipment with the highest level of care.

• Local Delivery (Delhi NCR): For customers in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad, we often provide Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery through our internal logistics team.
• Pan-India Shipping: We partner with reputed courier services like BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express to deliver Business Class Laptops to over 19,000+ pin codes across India.
• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to the domestic Indian market.

2. Processing Time & Dispatch

Every Refurbished Laptop ordered from our portal undergoes a final 40-Point Quality Check (QC) at our Laxmi Nagar Hub before it is packed. This ensures that the hardware, battery, and software are performing at 100% efficiency.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched on the Same Business Day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• For Advanced Repair Jobs sent via courier, the dispatch time depends on the complexity of the Chip-level Repair and component availability.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination from our Delhi Head Office.

• Free Shipping: We often provide free shipping on Premium Refurbished Laptops above a certain order value (check current website banners for offers).
• Repair Logistics: For Laptop Repair Services, the cost of sending the device to our Laxmi Nagar Office is borne by the customer, while the return shipping may be subsidized depending on the service contract.
• Any Octroi or local state entry taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

4. Packaging & Handling

Electronic items are fragile. At Refurbished Laptop Wala, we use Multi-Layer Bubble Wrap and specialized "Laptop-Safe" corrugated boxes to prevent any damage during transit. Every box is sealed with our Security Tape to prevent tampering.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can use this ID on the respective courier's website to monitor the real-time movement of your Refurbished Laptop or repaired device.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before returning it to our Laxmi Nagar Head Office. In case of non-availability, please ensure someone is present to collect the package or provide an alternative address. Re-shipping charges may apply if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability.

7. Damage During Transit

While we take every precaution, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. Please take a photograph of the damaged box and contact our support team immediately. We will initiate a claim with the courier partner and arrange a replacement for you.
