Welcome to Refurbished Laptop Wala. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our professional Laptop Repairing Services and the purchase of our Certified Refurbished Laptops. By continuing to use our platform, you signify your full agreement to these terms.

1. Intellectual Property Rights & Usage

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property displayed on this site is owned by Refurbished Laptop Wala. You are granted a limited license only for viewing the material contained on this website.

  1. You are strictly prohibited from republishing any Motherboard IC Repair Diagrams or technical schematics found on our portal without official written consent.
  2. The automated scraping of Laptop Inventory Lists for commercial use in India or any other market is a direct violation of our terms.
  3. Reproducing original Laptop Photography or Technical Blog Content for third-party marketing purposes is strictly forbidden.
  4. Brand logos like HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Apple are used solely for identification of Laptop Spare Parts compatibility and belong to their respective owners.
  5. Our Custom Repair Workflows and internal testing protocols are protected trade secrets and cannot be shared with competing service centers.
  6. Redistribution of content from this site is not allowed unless the content is specifically made for redistribution and signed by our management.

2. Service Termination & Security Policy

We maintain a high standard of security for our Online Laptop Portal. Violation of these safety standards will result in immediate termination of access and services.

  1. We reserve the right to terminate any Chip-level Repair Booking if the hardware is found to be previously tampered with in a way that risks our technical staff's safety.
  2. The Standard 6-Month Warranty on our refurbished machines is considered null and void if the Security Warranty Seal is broken or removed.
  3. Any fraudulent activity, including providing false contact details or using stolen payment credentials, will lead to immediate order cancellation and legal reporting.
  4. Harassment or unprofessional conduct towards our Technical Engineers or customer support team will lead to the permanent blocking of your account.
  5. We may terminate a service request if the OEM Spare Parts required for a specific Motherboard Repair are no longer available in the global supply chain.

3. Liability & Performance Warranty

Repairing electronic hardware involves inherent risks. By using our Advanced Repair Services, you agree to the following limitations of liability.

  1. Refurbished Laptop Wala is not responsible for Data Loss. Customers must backup all personal and professional files before submitting devices for SSD Upgrades.
  2. While we are experts in BGA Reworking, we are not liable for pre-existing internal circuit damage that surfaces during the intense heat-treating process of old boards.
  3. Our hardware warranty strictly excludes Liquid Damage, physical impact cracks, and damage caused by Electrical Power Surges or faulty chargers.
  4. Refunds for purchased parts (like Laptop Screens) are only processed if the part is found to be defective within our 7-day testing period and returned in original condition.
  5. We do not guarantee 100% data recovery for Hard Drives that have suffered severe physical or mechanical head failure.

4. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via our homepage or through direct email.
